10-days intensive training program which will take place in HOREZU, ROMANIA

INFOPACK General objectives: Objective 1. Increasing the quality of services in youth activities by strengthening the operational capacity of at least 10 organizations, of which min. 2 new organizations, the professionalization of youth workers through European mobility, the identification and development of diversified, modern and innovative work strategies adapted to the needs of young people in the community with an emphasis young people with fewer opportunities until 31.08. 2023; Objective 2. Initiating / expanding / perfecting professional skills and/or exchanging good practices in working with young people, especially with fewer ops, of at least 40 youth workers from 10 organizations by participating in 1 seminar in the field of inclusion / diversity, until 31.08. 2023; Objective 3. Acquiring new skills, perfecting or improving the existing ones for at least 140 young people (80% fewer ops.) from the community, by holding after mobility at least 2 workshops, seminars carried out by youth workers directly participating, until 31.08. 2023.
