Katerina Kalafati serves as the event manager for the Green Executive Club, the vibrant center of our community’s activities. She orchestrates a variety of events, from annual meetings to engaging cinema nights and artistic showcases. For instance, last year, her team hosted an artistic night that attracted over 200 attendees and showcased local talents, boosting participation among our youth by 30%.

Katerina’s role as ESAI EN ROI Youth Worker goes beyond managing logistics. It is about creating experiences that resonate with the youth. Her meticulous planning and creative touch make each event memorable and fosters a genuine sense of belonging.

As the driving force behind these gatherings, Katerina thrives on collaboration. She partners with local artists, filmmakers, and volunteers to produce fresh ideas that engage and inspire. Her ability to rally people around a common cause has made her an invaluable asset to our organization.
